Dashboard

Overview

The Dashboard is a page in the OpsWorker portal that provides data-driven visibility into your alert volume, finished investigations, and the time OpsWorker saved your team.

Questions the Dashboard Answers

  • How many alerts are we handling across each cluster?
  • What is the status of those alerts (for example, investigated versus not)?
  • How many investigations finished, per cluster, over the selected period?
  • How much time has OpsWorker saved the team, in minutes?

Dashboard Sections

Alert Overview

Alerts per cluster per day, plus an overall breakdown by status. Shows how alert volume is distributed across your connected clusters.

Finished Investigations

The number of finished investigations per cluster per day, so you can see how much automated investigation work OpsWorker completed.

Time Saved

Time saved in minutes, shown as both actual and potential. It is computed as count multiplied by (average user time minus average agent time), and is broken down by month and by alert type. The Dashboard reports time only; it does not attach a dollar value.

Daily Alert Digest

A report summarizing alert activity, available alongside the demo and usage action counters surfaced on the Dashboard.

Filtering

Dashboard views can be filtered by:
