Knowledge Sources extend OpsWorker beyond what the AI can infer from your live cluster. They let you connect:

  • Internal knowledge — runbooks, postmortems, architecture docs, onboarding guides
  • Best-practice rules — constraints OpsWorker must respect when reasoning about your environment ("never auto-restart prod databases", "always verify HPA settings before scaling")

Where AI Memory holds short, structured facts, Knowledge Sources holds longer-form documentation and rule sets. Both are loaded as context during investigations and chat.
